Shipping policy

FREE Ground Shipping On All Orders Over $100 Dollars* / Lower 48 States Only (*does not include Alaska Or Hawaii)

-Cowtown currently ships orders to the US Lower 48 States, Alaska and Hawaii only.

-Online orders will be shipped out within 1 to 3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays)

-All orders received after 3:00pm (MST) will be processed the next business day

-Ground Shipping, depending on your address, order size, and order weight,  will be shipped via one of the following shipping methods: UPS Ground, or USPS First Class, USPS Priority.

-Expedited, and Next Day Air orders will be shipped with UPS Next Day Air, or USPS Priority Express.

*Special Release products excluded from free shipping

 

Delivery signatures are required for the following orders:

-All orders over $250.00

-All orders with different bill to and ship to addresses

(bill to customer will be contacted to verify charges - order will be held until verified)

-All Next Day Air and Expedited orders (Next Day Air and Expedited orders will only be processed if bill to and ship to addresses match)

IN STORE PICK-UP

We offer the option to pick-up your online order at any of our Phoenix Metro Area locations. Please select the shipping option for the location you'd like to pick your order up from during the checkout process, and allow 1-3 days for processing. We'll notify you when your order is available to be picked up. All in store pick-up orders will be returned and refunded to store credit  if not picked up within 15 days of order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Cowtown is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist you with filing a claim for a refund, or replacement. If you experience a lost or stolen package, contact us by phone at 480-966-8996, or email at info@cowtownskateboards.com.
